COURSE OVERVIEW
This seasonal patch-to-plate experience combines a gardening session (run by a horticulturist), with a cooking demonstration (run by an artisan vegan chef) that focuses on plant-based produce.
The courses are fun, hands-on, and full of fantastic industry insights to help you grow your own organic produce, while also giving you the confidence to cook delicious meals.
It can be run over 3 or 4 hours depending on your needs.
